Tigger at home next to F-24 "Slingshot". This is a good view of the differences in the folding system between the Haines Hunter and Corsair boats.
Jennifer and Ali rooting for motorboats to make bigger wakes in Meydenbauer Bay.
Jennifer and her Dad cruising south of Mercer Island on Lake Washington.
Docked at Coulon Park. Clam chowder at Ivar's or hamburgers at Kidd Valley?
Jennifer at the helm. "Dad, do airplanes have the right of way?" (As a float plane out of the Renton airport prepared to take-off in our path.)
Lazy daze, need more wind!

Something about sailing a boat brings so many senses
and sensations into play that it's very difficult to pinpoint
what it is, specifically, that makes me like it so much:
the sight of sails and sheets overhanging the water; the
foam and spray flying as the bow(s) cut the water; the
motion of the boat; the physical and mental ballet
necessary to handle the boat correctly. A sailboat might
just be the most beautiful, sensuous, and intelligent
blend of man ("person")/machine/elements that exists in
the world today. The relationship between the three is
the most harmonious I have experienced so far.
Besides, you can have a beer while you do it.
